One Nation Under a Groove: Party Flyer Workshop

One Nation Under a Groove is an interactive event that highlights the creative processes and significance of digital and printed flyers within the context of Los Angeles nightlife. Hosted by artist/designer Joshua Castillo and artist Karlagretta Canseco, the event will provide visitors with the opportunity to create their own flyers using select materials drawn from ONE Archives at the USC Libraries. The event will be held on-site at ONE Gallery, West Hollywood and will also be the final opportunity to view the exhibition.
This event is organized in conjunction with Liberate the Bar! Queer Nightlife, Activism and Spacemaking on view through October 20, 2019 at the ONE Gallery, West Hollywood. Guest curated by Paulina Lara and Joseph Valencia.
