Jennifer Gregg (she/her)Executive Director

Jennifer C. Gregg is the Executive Director of the ONE Archives Foundation, Inc., the longest continuously operating LGBTQ organization in the country.

Prior to joining ONE Archives Foundation, Inc. in April 2016, Jennifer was the Executive Director of the Thurber House in Columbus, Ohio, a non-profit literary arts center and museum listed on the National Register of Historic places, which was the childhood home of humorist, author, and The New Yorker cartoonist, James Thurber.

A native of Alexandria, Virginia, Jennifer spent the earlier part of her career in Washington, DC, where she served in development roles at Whitman-Walker Clinic and the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund and Leadership Institute before joining the Liberty Hill Foundation in Los Angeles, California, where she served as Deputy Director of Development. Prior to becoming Executive Director of the Thurber House, Jennifer was the Senior Director of Development at Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio assisting with a statewide merger of several affiliate organizations.

Jennifer and her wife, Cj Mitchell, reside in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles. Jennifer is the proud parent of her daughter, Bronwen, who is pursuing her career in Las Vegas, NV.
