Maxwell Fong is a Getty Marrow / Exhibition and Program Intern at ONE Archives Foundation.
Maxwell is a recent graduate from ArtCenter College of Design with a BFA in Graphic Design. During his undergraduate studies, Maxwell assisted in the fabrication and installation of “Plan B: Spirit of the Bauhaus” in the Hoffmitz Milken Center for Typography gallery in Pasadena, CA with fellow students and staff members. The exhibition received an American Graphic Design Awards by Graphic Design USA in 2019. In addition, Maxwell worked in the Center for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Art and Design as a Creativist, where he took part in creating a safer and welcoming space for students at ArtCenter.
Maxwell strives to bring people together with design and create meaningful and accessible work. Born in Macau and raised between Macau and the United States, Maxwell is shaped by different cultures and communities. He currently lives in Los Angeles and spends his quarantine time baking and watching livestreamers online.
